Instructions
Think of the last waiter or waitress who served you at a restaurant. Once you have this person in mind, use a 5-point scale to rate the server on the dimensions you identified in the critical incident exercise (Exercise 2.4). If you have not done that exercise, do so now. Write down comments about specific good and bad behaviors that you saw this server perform.
What
did you do in the performance appraisal interview? How did the
"server" react to what you did and said? What could you do to improve
the review?
